What’s the difference between Cloud RT and on-premise?
With Cloud RT, we host and maintain your RT instance on AWS. On-premise means you deploy RT on your own servers. Cloud RT is the faster path to getting started; on-premise is ideal for organizations with specific infrastructure or compliance needs. See on-premise support plans β†’
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to RT’s features. No credit card required to start.
Can I move from Cloud RT to a self-hosted deployment?
Absolutely. You own your data and can export it at any time. We’ll help with any migration in either direction.
Can I deploy RT under my own AWS account?
Yes, we have an AWS Marketplace image available. This gives you operational flexibility with your own infrastructure account.
What is an SLA, and what does it cover?
Our SLA defines how quickly Best Practical will respond to a product support request, an error that prevents normal business operation. We operate on US Eastern time, Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm.
Do you offer discounts for academic or non-profit organizations?
Yes. Academic institutions receive 20% off, and non-profits receive 10% off. Contact us to apply a discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and AmEx via credit card, as well as bank transfer and check.
Where is Cloud RT hosted, and can I choose a region?
Cloud RT is hosted on AWS in the US by default. Data residency options are available on Growth and Enterprise plans. Contact us for specific regional requirements.
