RT 4.0.16 released

RT 4.0.16 is now available.

This release fixes an important regression in the Shredder tool included in 4.0.14 and 4.0.15. Attempting to run the Shredder tool from the command line would fail with a compile-time error.

A complete changelog is available.

  1. Greetings.I currently work at Penn State as an IT Support Specialist and my department uses your RT system. We assign tickets to our higher level technicians in a round robin style. We keep track of this manually, at the moment. Sometimes, one of us forgets to record when we change the owner of a ticket.
So I was wondering, is there was a way to search for an owner change occurrence on a ticket? Specifically, I want to search for tickets whose owner was changed on today’s date and if the owner is ‘X’, ‘Y’, or ‘Z’. Currently I have implemented a search that works quite well, but there are some exceptions that can still slip through.
Thanks a bunch! And keep up the great work!

Micah, you’re probably better served by asking this sort of question on the rt-users mailing list. That being said, there’s no way to search specifically for the owner change transactions using plain TicketSQL.
